A rapidly-growing company based in Hammersmith are looking for an experienced Account Manager with excellent communication skills to join their team.
Salary: circa £30,000
The Role
- First point of contact for day-to-day enquiries
- Understanding the company’s product range, agreeing specifications with designers and putting together proposals
- Occasionally completing tender documents, layout plans and other one-off customer returns
- Checking lead times, getting product info, reserving stock and fabrics and registering projects
- Handing over projects for quoting to another team, then agreeing revisions to quotes with customer
- Checking customer’s Purchase Orders vs our quotes
- Chasing deposit and balance payments
- Creating and managing Customer Care Cases
- Logging actions on CRM
Key Skills/Experience
- Very good communication manner and fluent English
- Customer service minded
- Passion for interior design / furniture or experience in the area
- Genuinely helpful, comfortable to deal with
- Hard working
