Salary: £35,000–£40,000 basic (depending on experience) + benefits + genuine commission
OTE: £45,000–£50,000+ (top earners exceed this)

A leading provider of SaaS platforms and digital content services is seeking an experienced and driven Partnership Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, growth-focused company that works with clients across a range of industries — from hospitality and leisure to healthcare, automotive, and publishing. Their client base includes both independent businesses and major household names across the UK.


The Role

As a Partnership Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand the company’s digital platform offerings. You’ll be instrumental in developing new routes to market and fostering long-term relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and secure new partnership opportunities across multiple sectors

  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value client relationships

  • Understand partner needs and design tailored SaaS and digital solutions

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver on partner expectations

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and growth objectives

  • Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences


About You

  • Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in partnership or B2B sales

  • At least 2 years’ experience selling SaaS products or digital platforms (directly or via partnerships)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong commercial understanding and solution-oriented mindset

  • Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven

  • Able to work independently and within a small, dynamic team

  • Proficient with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
