A well-renowned and successful company in Woking are looking for a Demand Generator to join their team and help them source delegates for their events. This is a permanent full-time position.
Salary: up to £25,000
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manage the Client Workshop Programme
- Manage campaign schedule (min of 12 per annum)
- Ensuring that influential people in our target audience are invited to attend
- Manage registrations via our CRM
- Send out joining instructions / pre course questionnaires
- Confirm attendance
- Attend events
- Manage all event follow up
- Manage Webinar attendance
- Ensuring that influential people in our target audience are invited to attend
- Attend the Webinars
- Manage post webinar follow up
- Set senior executive level appointments (post holder and accountable managers) with new and existing target clients on behalf of the Director
- Follow up on Consultancy led marketing campaigns and direct interest generated to the BD team
Requirements
- Must demonstrate a tenacious, results orientated, go get attitude
- Be prepared to work under pressure in a targeted, results orientated environment
- It is essential that the applicant can manage multiple tasks, prioritise, work independently in accordance with deadlines and be prepared to meet deadlines in the time pressures imposed by clients
- The applicant must be a confident and collaborative team player who can work in partnership with members of the business development team
- and the wider business
- The applicant must be a strong verbal and written communicator with confidence and ability to converse with people at all levels in an organisation.
- The role will require an element of proof reading and quality assurance, therefore close attention to detail will be required in order to maintain the highest standards of presentation.
- The applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

- Detail orientated, methodical and well organised
- Client focussed with an excellent and courteous telephone manner
- Well organised and proficient with diary management and the use of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced use of Microsoft Word, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have a flexible and dynamic work ethic and be prepared to support other team members when required.
- Some experience working in a professional services company would be desirable (training or consulting)
