Overview
Working within a small administration team, you will be responsible for supporting a director and the wider team.
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000
The Role
- Assist in the production of reports
- Diary / calendar management
- Arrange meetings and events both internally and externally
- Manage booking travel, accommodation, meetings, venues etc
- Liaise with clients and wider project teams both written and verbally
- Take telephone calls in a professional manner and redirect calls or take messages where necessary
- Provide a professional reception meet and greet service for visitors
- Some PA type duties for a director including monitoring e-mails, calendar, upcoming meetings / conference calls
- Carry out all reasonable adhoc duties as required
- Database entry and updates
- Update website as directed with news and other items
- Hours of work: 8.30am – 5.30pm
The Person
- Excellent computer skills including proven experience of Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional verbal, telephone and written communication skills
- A positive, professional and personable individual with a keen eye for detail / accuracy
- Be highly organised and reliable
- Ability to prioritise
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in an administration role.
