Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage incoming home and motor insurance claims
  • Liaise with policyholders, garages, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate settlements

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customers are updated regularly on the progress of their claim
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and support compliance standards
