Salary: £20,000 – £25,000
Hours: 9AM – 5PM/ 10am – 6PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent customer service to our client’s customers. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and organised manner, all working together as a team, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and to meet customer expectations.
The Role:
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Be a team player
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
The Person:
- Insurance experience is desirable
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Proficiency in English written and verbal
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ambitious and keen to learn and progress throughout the business
