Salary: £45,000+ DOE plus generous bonus scheme
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a progressive and well-established law firm with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services.

The successful candidate will manage a varied litigation caseload, with a particular focus on Property Litigation and Professional Negligence, alongside other contentious matters.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload from instruction through to conclusion, providing expert legal advice and delivering an outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied litigation caseload from inception through to completion.
- Advising clients on a range of dispute resolution matters.
- Handling cases including Property Litigation, Professional Negligence and other contentious matters.
- Meeting clients, taking instructions and providing practical legal advice.
- Preparing legal documentation, correspondence and court papers.
- Managing files efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate time recording and billing.
- Supporting senior members of the team where required.
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional client care.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status.
- Between NQ and 5+ years’ PQE in Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Property Litigation, Professional Negligence or Contentious Probate.
- Experience managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding client service.
