A leading provider of luxury accommodation are looking for someone with outstanding organisational and communication skills to join as a Guest Relations Executive.
Salary: up to £23,000
The Role
- Liaising with the bookers of the apartments to get the arrival details of guests
- Running Arrival Reports and scheduling Meet and Greet Arrivals
- Managing the Allocation and Return of Keys
- Responding to guest queries/requests/complaints with solutions which exceed their expectations
- Checking guests into apartments during busy periods
- Contacting guests once checked in to ensure they are happy with their apartment
- Arranging contractor access to apartments when guests are in-house
- Managing the allocation of car parking spaces and permits
- Conducting viewings when necessary and ensuring our apartment standards are being met at all times
- Arranging contractor access to apartments
- Allocating the weekly servicing and departure cleans of our apartments to our Housekeeping Team
- Other reasonable tasks
Key Skills/Experience
- Ability to follow existing, and shape new, Standard Operating Procedures
- Ability to take ownership of issues and be accountable
- Organisational skills – prioritising, following-up, accurate record-keeping
- Friendly, confident and with a good sense of humour
- The ability to stay calm under pressure – this is vital
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Great telephone manner
- The ability to communicate with staff at all levels
- To be able to think from a Sales perspective as well as logistically
- Forward planning and a good memory
- A flexible approach to hours
- A desire to improve the Guest Experience
