An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Secretary / Paralegal to join a busy and well-established Dispute Resolution team within a reputable law firm.

This role is ideally suited to someone looking to build or continue their career within a legal support function, offering long-term stability and exposure to a fast-paced litigation environment.

The Role

You will provide essential administrative and organisational support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. This is a varied role combining legal administration, client communication, and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team
  • Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
  • Drafting and preparing basic legal documents and correspondence
  • Handling client communications via telephone and email
  • Diary management and scheduling meetings/appointments
  • Supporting fee earners with general administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous experience within a legal environment is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
