Overview
We are looking to recruit a marketing executive with at least 2 years marketing experience and marketing focused degree at 2:1 or above.
This is a standalone role so the successful candidate needs to be able to work autonomously and be a self-starter. Full support will be given and all necessary external training will be provided.
Salary: £27,000
The Role
- Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for new and existing products, ensuring collaboration with the Commercial team
- Expanding and developing marketing platforms including social media platforms
- Developing the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
- Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Analysing the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns
- Analysing sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales, return on investment and key performance metrics
- Working closely with the Commercial and Insights team to coordinate the production of marketing materials and printed collateral and ensuring that marketing collateral is kept up to date and produced for key markets as needed
The Person
- Ideally 2 years plus experience in marketing
- 2.1 or above in a relevant business or marketing degree
- Highly creative with ability to “think out of box”
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise, multi task and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Highly motivated and project-driven
