The Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Design, test and implement successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our events and drive qualified leads to our sales team
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
- Craft clear event marketing copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, emails, websites, social media, etc.)
- Run a gap analysis after marketing briefs
- Come up with creative solutions to fill data gaps and optimise data build projects
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
- Analyse campaign performance, make recommendations and implement improvements
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Collaborate with graphic designer to produce promotional materials
- Perform research on current social media trend
- Collaborate with other teams, like sales and production to optimise campaign success and ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with social media followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor comments
- Suggest and implement new social media features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in marketing, design tools and applications
The Person
- Minimum 2-3 years experienced
- Educated to Degree level
- Be a quick learner and able to pick up relatively complex systems and processes quickly
- Have excellent time management and communication skills
- Have a high degree of organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative skills
- Have ‘high energy’ and is enthusiastic
- Be able to work effectively with people across the business
- Have excellent negotiation skills
- Be a team player and happy to help the team where necessary
- Have a willingness to develop, learn and take independent responsibility
