The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded specialist family law practice in West Sussex.
This well-established firm is recognised for delivering exceptional client care and expert legal advice in a supportive, collaborative and client-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting solicitors on a range of family law matters while building a rewarding long-term career within a respected legal team.
This position would suit an experienced Paralegal, a law graduate looking to establish a career in family law, or an individual with strong administrative experience gained within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload of family law matters
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court bundles
- Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and third parties
- Managing diaries, appointments and case management systems
- Conducting legal research and drafting routine documentation
- Supporting efficient file management and administrative processes
- Providing excellent client care throughout the client journey
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Demonstrate empathy, professionalism and attention to detail
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Possess strong administrative and IT skills
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Have a genuine interest in family law and client care
Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential. Applications are welcomed from:
