The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join a highly regarded specialist family law practice in West Sussex.

This well-established firm is recognised for delivering exceptional client care and expert legal advice in a supportive, collaborative and client-focused environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting solicitors on a range of family law matters while building a rewarding long-term career within a respected legal team.

This position would suit an experienced Paralegal, a law graduate looking to establish a career in family law, or an individual with strong administrative experience gained within a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload of family law matters
  • Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court bundles
  • Liaising with clients, barristers, courts and third parties
  • Managing diaries, appointments and case management systems
  • Conducting legal research and drafting routine documentation
  • Supporting efficient file management and administrative processes
  • Providing excellent client care throughout the client journey
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism and attention to detail
  • Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Possess strong administrative and IT skills
  • Work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Have a genuine interest in family law and client care

Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential. Applications are welcomed from:
