Overview
A hugely successful boutique recruitment agency based in the City are looking for someone with an outstanding academic background for a varied role which includes sales support, marketing and Executive support.
Salary: £22,000 – £30,000 DOE
The Role
- Assisting the consultants with various aspects of their jobs
- Formatting CVs (checking spelling and grammar, ensuring style/font is consistent etc.)
- Processing CVs onto database and sending out to clients
- Liaising with consultants and clients to book in meetings
- Managing company’s social media platforms
- Updating company website
- Producing original written content for the company website and social media pages
- Supporting the Director and Executive team with various tasks
- Creating PowerPoint presentations for sales visits etc.
- Some diary management and travel/accommodation booking may be required as the job progresses
Key Skills/Experience
- Exceptional academic background – ideally a Masters degree or MBA but, if not, a 2:1 or above from a top university
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak to high-level clients
- Excellent written English
- A good knowledge of/interest in modern trends in digital marketing and social media
- Some previous experience using content management systems (e.g. WordPress) would be highly advantageous
- The ability to work using your own initiative
